Its hardness is very high (the HRB greater than 90), and its mechanical processing performance is poor due to the lack of annealing treatment. Only straightforward directional bending (perpendicular to the coiling direction) of less than 90 degrees is possible. Some steel mills can provide four-fold edge treatment.
Application Scope:
(1) After annealing, it is processed into conventional cold rolling; coating;
(2) A galvanizing unit with an annealing pretreatment device is used for processing and galvanizing;
(3) A panel that basically does not need to process.
