How to choose the printing plate paint

2, polyester bottom-good adhesion to the substrate, excellent flexibility, sensitive to humid environment, chemical resistance is not as good as epoxy primer.
3, water-soluble acrylic primer-good adhesion to the substrate, excellent flexibility, low organic solvent content, low temperature curing, not suitable for storage in a humid environment, high requirements for pretreatment.
4, polyurethane primer-with chemical resistance, abrasion resistance, durability, good flexibility.
Topcoat Type and Film Thickness
The most commonly used topcoats include polyester, silicon modified polyester, polyvinyl chloride plastisol and polyvinylidene fluoride.
1. Polyester-Good adhesion, wide range in formability and outdoor durability, medium chemical resistance.
2, silicon modified polyester-coating hardness, abrasion resistance and heat resistance is good, as well as good outdoor durability and no chalking, gloss retention and flexibility is limited, the cost is medium to high.
3, polyvinylidene chloride-has good formability and color retention, excellent outdoor durability and powder resistance, solvent resistance, limited color, and expensive.
4, polyvinyl chloride plastisol
excellent external durability and chemical resistance, resistance to damage, beautiful, need special primer matching. The surface can have a smooth type, used for pressing or automatic shrinkage type to form a pattern. The coating thickness is generally greater than 100um, except for plastisol, under normal circumstances, the coating thickness of primer and topcoat is> = 20um, and the performance of the product can achieve the intended purpose.
