Construction method of high-altitude pressure plate for elevated platform

Elevated platform high-altitude pressure plate construction method

1. Site preparation
2. The elevated platform device is made of section steel, transported to the site for assembly, and assembled according to the final assembly drawing.
3. Elevated pressing unit equipment in place

. Angchi I roof panel pressing unit is mainly divided into three parts: uncoiler, roller (two sections) and discharging frame. The angular chi I type pressing unit equipment will be transported to the installation site by car.
. Use a 50t crane to lift the pressing machine roll to the elevated working surface in two sections, each section weighs about 8.0t, and the crane can meet the lifting requirements within the working radius of 8m.
. In order to reduce the overhead load, the uncoiler is set on the ground, the winding is carried out with a 10t crane, and the head of the plate drawn to the rolling mill is carried out with a dragon frame set on the overhead.
. The discharge rack is set at an interval of 3m from the outlet of the rolling mill and extends to the roof.
4. Roof panel paving
. Place the corner-type end fixing bracket and the middle fixing bracket on the roof purlin, and weld the corner-type I fixing bracket on the purlin.
. The roof panels are rolled out of the elevated frame and manually supported on both sides of the roller table to the installation position. The panels around the roller table are paved first. If other panels are too late to be delivered to the position, they are piled up to the position supported by the roof frame. Each stack of no more than 10 panels shall be bound and fixed.
. The A and B fasteners on the roof panel fixing bracket and the fixing bracket bolts are tightened firmly. The A and B fasteners and the roof panel shall be evenly and evenly overlapped. The roof panel and the B fastener shall be firmly engaged with the manual bite machine first, and then the electric bite machine shall be evenly and evenly locked along the overlap between the roof panel and the plate.
. Due to the long roof panel, the operators stand evenly and exert force at the same time during handling. In order to avoid uneven force to damage the roof panel.
